Heritage Renewables recognizes that tribes possess an outstanding wind resource potential and only need the help of progressive companies, non-governmental organizations, and governmental agencies to realize this potential.

It has been stated that the Great Plains of the U.S. and Canada are the equivalent of "the Middle East of wind energy potential." Located in this area, the world’s richest wind regime, are 23 Indian reservations with wind energy potential topping 350 gigawatts. Considering that the current U.S. installed capacity of all electrical sources is 600 gigawatts, it is obvious that there are vast wind opportunities for tribes. Heritage Renewables aspires to bring the goals of energy self-sufficiency and industry expertise to all Native American tribes.

Corporate America is also poised to take advantage of signifcant opportunities. Large corporate facilities carry substantial energy loads. Massive, inefficient facilities and office building cost companies billions. Energy efficiency and renewable energy incentives have more companies looking to identify opportunities to improve their workplace environment and cut energy costs.
